AdIntel helps businesses, founders, marketers, and performance marketing teams analyze advertising efficiency, identify critical performance bottlenecks, correlate multi-channel telemetry, and receive prioritized executive decision recommendations.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, process, protect, and handle information when you visit our website (https://www.adintel.in), create an account, or connect third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, or Google Search Console to your AdIntel workspace.

We collect only the minimum necessary information required to provide our diagnostic and intelligence services:

• User Account Information: Name, work email address, organization name, and workspace preferences provided during registration or OAuth sign-in.
• Advertising & Performance Telemetry: Aggregated campaign metrics (such as impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, cost-per-click, click-through rates, reach, and frequency) retrieved from advertising accounts you explicitly connect.
• Configuration & Audit Metadata: Workspace settings, target domains, audit history, and user-selected preferences.
• Technical & Session Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, authentication timestamps, and diagnostic error logs used solely for platform reliability and security monitoring.

4. Account and Authentication Information

When you authenticate with AdIntel (via email authentication or Google OAuth Single Sign-On), we store your verified email address and assign a unique organization identifier (orgId). We do not store plain-text passwords. All authenticated user sessions are managed securely via encrypted HTTP-only session tokens.

5. Google Account and Google Ads Data

When you choose to connect your Google Ads account to AdIntel:

• You are redirected to Google's secure OAuth 2.0 consent dialog (accounts.google.com).
• AdIntel requests authorization for the Google Ads scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) to retrieve performance telemetry.
• Upon your explicit consent, Google grants authorization credentials (an authorization code exchanged for access and refresh tokens).
• AdIntel retrieves customer account identifiers, campaign metadata, and daily aggregated performance reporting metrics for the selected account.

We use the collected information exclusively for the following legitimate product purposes:

• Executive Reporting & Dashboards: Displaying cross-channel spend, conversion rates, and ROAS across connected ad channels.
• Diagnostic Decision Intelligence: Evaluating creative fatigue, audience saturation, high CPC anomalies, and budget allocation opportunities.
• Evidence Provenance Verification: Providing verifiable mathematical evidence for every recommendation generated in the AdIntel Advisor.
• Security & Authentication: Validating multi-tenant organization boundaries and preventing unauthorized cross-account access.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

AdIntel's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. How Google Ads & Meta Ads Data Is Handled

AdIntel follows an immutable multi-tenant architecture:

• Isolation Guarantee: Every ingested campaign record and insight metric is strictly tagged with your organization identifier (org_id).
• No Cross-Tenant Data Pooling: Data from Organization A is cryptographically and relationally isolated from Organization B. No organization can ever access or view another customer's connected accounts or performance telemetry.
• No Data Resale: Your performance data belongs entirely to you. DigitalBizz Solutions does not sell, lease, or monetize your advertising telemetry under any circumstances.

9. Data Storage, Vaults & Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your information:

• Cryptographic Token Vaults: All OAuth refresh tokens and access tokens are encrypted at rest in our database using authenticated AES-256-GCM encryption with unique initialization vectors (IVs) and authentication tags.
• Encryption in Transit: All communications between your browser, our application servers, and third-party APIs (Google, Meta) are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3.
• Access Controls: Production databases and infrastructure are restricted through least-privilege role-based access controls and monitored audit logging.

10. Data Retention Policy

AdIntel retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain historical audit history for your workspace, meet legitimate business operational requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

When a user disconnects an advertising account or deletes a workspace, the associated platform tokens are immediately revoked and scheduled for permanent cryptographic deletion from our active database tables, subject to standard database backup cycles.

11. Data Sharing and Disclosures

We do not share your private marketing data with third parties, except in the limited circumstances described below:

• Service Infrastructure Providers: Trusted cloud hosting, database hosting, and infrastructure monitoring providers that process data strictly on our behalf under confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Legal Compliance: If required by law, regulation, subpoena, legal process, or lawful request by public authorities.
• Business Protection: To enforce our terms of service, protect the security or integrity of our platform, and investigate suspected security incidents.

AdIntel integrates with third-party platforms via official developer APIs:

• Google Ads & Google Services: AdIntel uses Google APIs to provide integrations with Google services. Users control whether to authorize those connections. Google services remain subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Terms of Service.
• Meta Platforms: Meta Ads integrations are governed by Meta's Platform Terms and Data Policy.

13. User Control & Disconnecting Accounts

You maintain complete, continuous control over your connected accounts:

• In-Product Disconnect: You can disconnect any platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads) at any time directly in the AdIntel Advisor interface by clicking "Disconnect" in the Connected Data Sources card. This immediately marks the connection as revoked and ceases all ongoing synchronization.
• Google Account Security Revocation: You may also revoke AdIntel's access directly from your Google Account settings at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions.

14. Data Deletion Rights

You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account, organization workspace, and all associated performance telemetry stored by AdIntel. To request complete data erasure, email us at privacy@adintel.in with your workspace identifier. Upon verification, your account and historical records will be permanently purged within thirty (30) days.

15. Cookies & Session Management

AdIntel uses essential, secure HTTP cookies strictly for authentication and session integrity (such as maintaining your active login state and CSRF prevention). We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site tracking cookies.

16. Children's Privacy

AdIntel is a commercial B2B performance marketing decision platform intended solely for businesses, marketing professionals, and adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our platform features, integration capabilities, or legal requirements. When updates occur, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of AdIntel after any modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised policy.
